Ben’s commercial property expertise has developed significantly over the past four years, being actively involved in the valuation, appraisal and disposal of a variety of properties. He has recently completed a BSc Hons Degree in Real Estate Management and will now be working towards a full RICS membership.

Darren specialises in advising clients in relation to compulsory purchase and compensation as well as complex ransom negotiations. He also undertakes a variety of valuations, development appraisals, acquisitions and disposals across all commercial property sectors.

Jonathon is a Chartered Planner with more than 25 years’ experience in the planning and development industry and currently manages the planning, land surveying and disposals/asset realisation functions of NPS and has oversight/project control for all commissions within all three disciplines. He is currently working with a number of high profile external clients advising on the realisation of their assets.
