Alan has extensive experience in the commercial property sector across the region. He has knowledge of the local property markets working for many years providing Landlord and Tenant/Property Management Services for a £100m commercial portfolio and has worked on a wide range of projects, from large scale regeneration programmes, to localised community schemes and everything between.

Dominic has over 15 years of experience in the public sector, covering many aspects of estate management including land disposals, rent reviews, lease renewals, valuations and leasehold enfranchisement. I specialise in advising clients in relation to Right To Buy and Right to Acquire Valuations under the Housing Act 1985.

Duncan leads the industrial agency department and is responsible for the letting and management our client’s industrial portfolios.

James has extensive experience of commercial property along the M62 corridor since 1986, advising a wide variety of private & public sector clients. He is actively involved in asset valuation and asset management, provision of landlord & tenant advice/negotiations.

James has extensive experience in strategic commercial asset management within both the public and private sectors having worked both ‘in-house’ for retailers including Orange, EE and Card Factory and also local private developers. James is currently coordinating the development of Hull City Council’s 2020s Asset Management Strategy and provides client advice on a range of acquisition, commercial development and disposal opportunities. James also undertakes consultancy services, including agency, landlord and tenant advice/negotiations, service charge administration and general estates management.

With 10 years’ experience as a chartered surveyor, James has gained valuable expertise in providing advice on a range of valuation and landlord and tenant matters. He is involved in the valuation of operational and investment portfolios for public & private sector clients including Academy Trusts in the Primary and Secondary academic sectors. He has significant experience in the provision of telecoms advice to landlords in connection with new lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals and terminations. He is also responsible for providing strategic marketing advice to clients and is actively involved in their annual disposal programmes.

Nicki has wide ranging property experience. She currently assists with the letting and management of client's retail portfolios, with responsibility for lettings, maintenance and general estate management

Shaun’s extensive property related experience over 25 years, both in the private and public sectors, enables him to advise clients in relation to a myriad portfolio of work, currently including a diverse mix of acquisitions, disposals, compulsory purchase issues, valuations, rating appeals and the Party Wall Act. Shaun also provides advice to clients on landlord & tenant matters.

Simon has extensive experience of all types of commercial property since 1988 throughout Yorkshire & Lincolnshire. He is actively involved in the acquisition & disposal of all types of commercial property and development opportunities; and the provision of professional consultancy services including valuation and landlord & tenant advice/negotiations, Dilapidation claims and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Available for appointment as Arbitrator or Independent Expert in the resolution of dilapidation, or rent review disputes and the renewal of leases under PACT.

Terry has over 30 years’ experience as a general practice Chartered Surveyor. He is responsible for the delivery of the professional consultancy services within the office including valuation and landlord & tenant advice/negotiations and provides strategic advice on all property matters for both public and private sector clients.
